We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to make it right.
Exchanges — free
Wrong size or color? Email us at info@caayshop.com within 30 days and we'll send the right one. Exchanges are always free.
Store credit — free
Prefer to pick something else? We'll issue full store credit, no fees.
Refunds
Refunds to your original payment method are available within 30 days of delivery. A $6.95 return label fee is deducted from the refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email info@caayshop.com with your order number.
- We reply within 24 hours with your return instructions.
- Once your return is scanned in, exchanges ship immediately; refunds and credit are processed within 5 business days.
Damaged or incorrect item? Send us a photo and we'll replace it free — no return needed.
